We’ve rebuilt our app from the ground up to make it easy to use, but we are not finished yet – and we would love you, our customers to help us shape its future - Please drop us some feedback on the app store with what features you would like to see next! Just doesn't work I have it installed on two devices and when I try to log in I just get a message saying something went wrong close app and try again I have done everything I can and it still does not work absolutely pointless
Utter Rubbish
Same message every time I try to login "sorry theres a problem" whats going on with the App?
I had an app which enabled me to get into my account easily, but I deleted by mistake and I cant get it back
I cant even download the app as it is unavailable on the playstore for my android phone

It has improved so much. I remember the customer service was poor but they have made things so much better. Well done Talk Talk for listening to your customers.
Scum trying to chase me for money not owed
This app is pretty pointless just using up my memory. All it does is redirect to the website and for that reason I'm uninstalling.
Pointless.. nothing but the most basic functionality, and adds no real customer value.
