How to get started:
Getting setup is really easy. Simply download the app, enter your My Account email address and password, and you’re ready to go.

• View up to 12 months of detailed billing information • Keep tabs on your spending by checking calls made and TV rentals since your latest bill • Track usage of your TalkTalk Mobile• Support through getting your services live when you join us as a new customer• There are more exciting features planned over the coming months
Please note that this app is still not listed as 'Designed for tablets' in the Google Play store. It will work on some tablets but we are aware that some users are experiencing errors. We have put a fix out that will help resolve this however it is recommended that you use this on your phone handset or try My Account at
If you don’t already have a username and password, register by selecting ‘Register now’ on the login screen.
If you’ve forgotten your login details, get a reminder or reset your password by selecting ‘Forgotten My Password’ on the login screen.
